Screen stopped working, flashing back to stock and relocking help
hey guys, last night my touch pro decided that it didnt want the screen to work anymore, the phone still functions completely and the screen is still sensitive to touch, but just doesnt show anything but a couple vertical white lines on the left.
i want to send it for warranty and get a refurb (AGAIN - this is driving me nuts) will i need to input anything at all on the screen when running the signed ROM .exe program? do i flash, then run the relocker? or relock, then flash? thanks for the help guys, im about ready to start torching TP's |
Re: Screen stopped working, flashing back to stock and relocking help
flash then relock... but it really doesnt matter since your doing the offical rom anyways, phones dont need to be unlocked for offical roms, so it wouldnt matter if u did it first or not id thing
as long as you get it to run all the way to where u need to do the stylus/screen tap setup, your good...you can turn it off after that and all will be fine...the rom, minus the carrier customizations has been done by that point plus the relocking can still be done too |
