media player
 
just wondering what ppl are using for a video player. read that coreplay and tcmp(sp)? is abit laggy. another out there that's not laggy?
just started a new job and have an hour on the transit so figured i'd start watching some videos and tv shows.

Lag issues are mostly from your settings and the way you have the file encoded. There are a few threads that address this. Reduce the sound quality a touch and knock the video res down to the TP levels.

I use TCPMP 0.71RC2recomp03+FLV plugin +H264 plugin +WMP plugins to play the videos I have stored on my phone. It's pug fugly, but it's free and does the job. If you want a decent looking player, you can buy CorePlayer.

i'm using stock windows media player. i download videos straight off the net and play them there. no lag or choppiness and clear pictues.

I use Kinoma Media Player.. I love it, but that is just me.. No lag or slowness...

Kinoma is a terrible video player (I know, I paid $30 for the POS & I don't even bother installing it anymore))

I Have h.264 rips on my card that play perfectly in the stock WMP & are unwatchable in Kinoma.......
