Any chefs still keeping maintaining a 6.1 ROM?

I like the new 6.5 but I almost exclusively use manila. I have tried many of the 6.5 ROMs and I have to say that huge improvements have been made in speed, stability and usability. However, I still think 6.1 is appreciably faster and has a much smoother operating experience overall. Are any ROM builders maintaining a 6.1 ROM?

I switched back to WM6.1 from WM6.5 recently and realized how much faster WM6.1 was. Seems like beside the new fancy UI, WM6.5 has nothing else to offer but hinders the already outdated hardware such as the Touch Pro I/II.
