Can't get on the internet, help please..
 

Hi Everyone,

Noob here, so be nice.

I'm on a SERO plan and recently purchased the HTC Touch Pro. After lurking in some of the forums, I immediately unlocked my phone and flashed it with Mightyrom 6. Wi-Fi works fine, no problem with making calls, but I was never able to get on the Sprint Mobile Internet.

Even before I flashed the ROM, I couldn't get on the internet either. I thought that changing the ROM would make things easier.

I called Sprint, and we spent an hour on the phone rebooting it in a variety of ways, to no avail. Of course, I didn't mention that I had changed the ROM, as some of the menu items she asked me to try simply weren't there.

Anyhow, I was looking for suggestions to try. I did all the obvious things like making sure the various data modes were on, soft resets, hard resets and so forth. I was going to try changing the ROM back to stock, then calling Sprint again.

yeah there is some menu in the phone where you enter your phone number twice i remember. flash to stock and call tech support would be best bet.

Make sure your profile under ##rtn# is reading 1. You will need msl to edit if needed, this is stock I assume it is the same on your custom R.
