I don't think i seen a forum about this so im wondering is this a CDMA upgrade because i need to relock my touch pro to hand it in

The release date was 7-20-09 and i remember the GSM confusion a while back

That's for US Cell and not Sprint (which I assume the OP has since it's in his profile).
