Any time you want to change the os on a phone you have to reflash, read all the posts then follow the first link in my sig to handle the rest.

i don't think there's an actual rom, but you can boot android from wm... won't do you any good if you're using a cdma device though, since there's no radio support yet (no bt, wifi, cell/txt, data, etc).

Why not, I might just try one if they can fix the cdma issues. Besides it is just another of the many roms!!!

not only that but it could also be a good "try before you buy" as far as android goes, plus having the ability to choose your own operating system without having to buy a hero is a good perk.

I'd love to try a different OS, just wish you could run a standalone and not just boot over Windows. Imagine the drain on the battery! It already sucks, not alone with 2 OS's running.

true, didn't think of that, but if you work the regsistry right you may be able to minimize the damage.
