what files need to be deleted to prevent IE from operating
 

Hey guys i got my gf a touch pro cuz i work for verizon so i got a good deal but her parents didnt want to pay the $30 monthly data charge, so i swaped herr out witha Moto Q9c with Windows 6.5 becuase you dont need a data plan for Moto Q's but the pay per mb charge jumps signifigantly. about 15 cents a kb :/ she keeps accidently opening IE, is there some REG edits or a file in file manager i can delete to keep it from opening and connecting to the internet. The process for blocking the web on Moto Q's through verizon is a little different and you iether block everything including pix messaging witch she wants or you block nothing. Any help would greatly be approceiated!!!!! im sorryy if this is not in the right forum but im on here everyday searchin the latest roms for my Vx6950 Touch Pro, and i thought u guys might be able to help me out :)

Well if it's really just IE, you could create an empty text file called iexplore.exe and copy it to \Windows, overwriting the existing file. IE would be completely disabled.
