Active Sync connects, won't sync to Outlook
 

I've gotten my Touch Pro to sync using Active Sync (I know this because I can browse my TP on the laptop), but I cannot get it to sync my contacts, calendar, emails, etc from Outlook. Any ideas/advise?

Please keep it simple as I am simple when it comes to figuring these things out....

Let's start off by make sure you have settings\connections\usb activesync selected without advanced networking selected. (on your phone)

Second, ensure you have the server configured to sync your email, contacts and calendar. (on your computer - assuming you are syncing your computer).
