no sound or popup notification using SEVEN push email,

sound is turned on,
popup is turned on,

i have tried custom tones, as well as ones built into the phone, no help

i searched on the forums, and some people say to install a email or alert repeat program,
so i'm trying pocketmax, and that isn't helping whatsoever,

as well,
i've heard to get the seven beta email program,

well, that is what i have originally, because , i'm on telus in canada


how do i keep my push email, and still have sound notification?

I have no idea, check your sounds & notif in settings see if there is one for Seven, I've never used seven so I dont know..but I would recommend another push email service, pm me if you want the info!

if you upgraded to the newest version then that happens reinstall with a previous version and just dont upgrade

i had the same problem
