In need of TP Sprint PRL/PRI

Looking for a list of all TP Sprint PRL/PRI. I changed my PRL & PRI and now I am running back into the over heating issue will running Sprint's 1.12.radio. I didn't have the overheating with the battery until I added the new PRL & PRI.

Thanks but I am looking for all the old PRl/PRI'S I have used most of those radios, and it was working fine until I went and upgraded the PRL/PRI's.

Hey guys, Just updated my prl and noticed it changed to 60653. so this must have been updated today. Just wanted to let you know. In case you don't know how to do so, Start>Settings>System>scroll to the bottom and Update PRL. usually do this between flashes when flashing the shipped rom. good luck!

Snag it and post it.... I'm on a WM6.5 ROM where the update PRL does not work. Can't wait to see what else they removed from us. Still running 60610 for this very reason ;)

What exactly are you referring to? What was in 60610 that isn't in later PRLs?

I'm sure someone will post it soon enough. Unfortunately I don't know how to extract it. However you are able to install the sprint carrier cab which will allow you to update prl and profile on the rom you are using. this link is from NRG's tp rom thread, post 3:

On Merdin's ROM I get an error when I get update PRL. I was able to pull it from another 6.5 phone. Looks like a few improvements, since they removed the 2 stupid fake SIDs that cause a rescan.

Re: In need of TP Sprint PRL/PRI

The PRI is much harder to deal with, find, and flash compared to a PRL. The ONLY available Sprint PRI is the one that's included with the "Updated Sprint" stock rom, in the stock ROM thread.

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42741

There isn't really a PRI download list that I'm aware of. The stock Updated Sprint ROM should put you at 1.53. I don't believe there's any way of going back to 1.47. PRIs are a tricky thing, and switching them can cause big headaches if something goes wrong. PRLs shouldn't cause any overheating issues unless you're on the edge of coverage area. The PRI however might.

PRL - Preferred Roaming List (Just gives the radio a list of preferred cell towers)
PRI - Preferred Radio Instructions (Tells the radio how to operate)

If you get the wrong PRI, you can see how it would seriously cause problems... far worse problems than overheating. :D
