Alltel on verizon was working now its not..HELP!
 
Update: Phone sends and receives calls and text. No MMS or Data yet. I'm trying to figure out step 12. I have followed the steps for converting a sprint Touch Pro onto verizon. Step 12 says install a Verizon PRL. I have tried 4 verizon PRL's, after each I have cannot do *228 or any calls, sent or received. If I reinstall a Alltel PRL, calling is working. What am I missing?? The only PRLs that let the phones call function work are Alltels. I have a VZW Rom, The newest VZW Radio (1.03.09v)

Try installing the Verizon PRI and hard resetting. in any case the VZW PRI eliminates the roaming triangle on alltel phones as I understand it.

As of now, I have no roaming triangle, my PRI version is 2.00_011. Is this a verizon PRI? I didn't screw around with it, It came on the VZW Rom.

this happened to my alltel touch pro as well...steps were different in that I did a ##786 factory reset but it seems to be the same result
does your radio pick up any signal? Like is the phone portion disabled?
edit so from what I read the phone is enabled but won't make any calls...hm
weird
I have the same issue so I'm wondering if there is a solution I'd love to be back on alltel touch pro and not vzw

I reflashed to Alltel Rom, The phone now sends and receives calls & text. Roaming triangle is back. No data or mms yet. All my settings are VZW. I have to load arcsoft verizon.

I had the same problem but on a Sprint TP that I put on VZW. I was able to solve the problem by making sure I had correct HA and AA keys in the EPST area. If they are blank, you will not get data.

I had to pull the keys off of my valid Verizon TP. Not sure if the keys are individual to everyone or not.

your PRI is alltel. 2.00_011 is alltels newest PRI from shipped rom

Verizon PRI 1.46.002 thats the newest PRI from verizon from the GPS unlocking thread

Ok, latest: VZW Rom, PRI 1.46_002 Radio 1.03.09v, PRL 51433. Can't make or receive calls, hit send...nothing, no *228.

Hey thanks for making me pay 225 dollars for this phone on ebay when you knew didnt work!!
