Fully Delete Text Messages
 

Is there any way to fully delete the text conversation by just pressing delete? On Juicy 8 I know it would do this but on every other ROM I have to delete the conversation and then press menu and empty deleted items which doesnt work alot as it seems like windows mobile is slow in moving deleted messages to the deleted folder so i sometimes end up with fragments of conversations I deleted left on my device. So is it possible to just fully delete the entire conversation just by pressing delete once?

I haven't seen anything to accomplish this. Out of habit I just delete and then hit Menu, Tools, Empty Deleted Items.

yes, go to Messaging, Menu, Tools > Options > Storage > Empty Deleted Items > change to Immediately

when you click delete it will purge not store in trash can, goes for sms, mms, email.

hehe ;) i was just lucky and came across it one day !

now to find where this setting is stored in the registry so i can back it up !
