Hard reset clarification

Upon a hard reset I'am stll confused as to what will exactly happen to my TP with regards to loss of data. OK, I Understand that data on my Storage Card will be safe. Now what is confusing me is I have been told that my TP will reset to the point when I first got it out of the box, with all Apps installed (Youtube, File Explorer, Opera Browser, GPS Nav...etc), or are these Apps installed by my Carrier, and will be lost? If the latter is the case, is it possible to move the apps to the Storage Card and reinstall them to the device after the hard reset is preformed.

Carrier: Bell Mobility

Thank You Anyone!!!

Re: Hard reset clarification

when you hard reset anything you have changed since you first got the phone will be lost. if you had youtube installed when you first turned the device on you will still have it. you remember that "your device will automatically be customized in 3 seconds" screen? that will run again and apply all carrier customizations and carrier apps. (if you're on the stock rom)

Re: Hard reset clarification

When you hard reset your device, it will be restored to the exact configuration it was when you first powered it on immediately removing it out of the box, or flashing your custom ROM. All personalized settings will be lost, and you must re-install desired applications, and re-configure the device to your needs. Only the applications which were integrated into the ROM setup process will be re-installed, 3rd party applications and customizations must be manually re-applied.
