Changing "Touch Pro" startup screen to different image
 

I've searched and looked, and the only thing I can find in reference to changing splash screens is how to change the splash screen that comes after the very first startup screen. So is there a way to changethe TP startup image to anything different?

I'm running NRGZ's EnergyROM, which has RegEdit, AdvancedConfig, and Total Commander.

I've looked under HKLM/Software/HTC/StartupAnimation, but the only thing in that file is listed as "default" and classed as "RG_NONE" so there's no values to be changed.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

correct me if im wrong but are you looking to change the windows logo screen? if so just look for a file in windows called welcomehead.png or something similar...that is the windows logo screen...replace that with another file of the same name...also look for aninmated.gif or something similar...changing that will also change the second image...with a stock rom there are typically 3 images...boot..."carrier"...and OS...without using a bootsplash kitchen the second and 3rd are the only images you can change.

Yup, I was looking for the boot splash. Which I figgered out :) With EnergyROM there is no carrier screen right? It's just the EnergyROM load bar, then the windows splash (which I changed too), and that's it?
