How do I cook a custom wallpaper into a Rom

Using a visual kitchen and not 100% sure I understand how to take my custom wallpaper/background and cook it into my Rom.

I have sized the wallpaper into:

640x480
480x640
640x640

You'd need to be more specific to get an answer. Wallpaper for manila, titanium, today screen, spb mobile shell, etc. etc.???
