strange Bluetooth
 

My phone is acting very strange and not quite sure when it started, let me explain:

If i turn my bluetooth headset on, it auto connects to my phone. Normally I would first have to turn bluetooth on for this to happen. Second if I go into settings->Bluetooth->Mode->Turn on Bluetooth: no icon comes on and when I go back into settings its off already. Last, in SPB Mobile Shell->connection widget, the spot for bluetooth is missing. Also my phone seems to die very fast like bluetooth is always on.

Whats up with this? Is it time to flash? I sure hope not as I have not flashed in many months.
