going crazy. 6.5 inbox probs..
 

this thing is driving me crazy. i've search the forums, and didn't find anything. i'm using Mighty6.
my problem is this, my inbox reads 3 unread messages, yest i've cleared the inbox out, and i've also cleared out my gmail inbox. i've emptied out the deleted items folders. and still. it reads like this

"SMS/MMS > Inbox (3)"
is ther a way to clear that?
also, i was wondering if there's a way to make messages apear to have been read just by "dismissing" them from the main screen or atleast by replying? right now i have to select the message inorder for it to be marked as read.

ps. i was using whatever messaging program was stock with Mighty6, then just now i've installed "JD Arcsoft 5.2.1.22", but that didn't fix anything.

now, any idea on the having to go all the way in and select a msg to mark it as read? ;-)

i just open up the SMS's and use the D pad to scroll through them. that will clear them and make them as read.
