[UNSOLVED] turn off wifi on boot

how do you turn off the wifi connection automatically upon boot? I have an app and as soon as it gets installed, wifi turns on automatically..

could there be a registry key?

I never got this working, but this guy wrote some apps to toggle the radio.

You would then need to create a Mort script of shortcut to run the program and link it to the startup in the registry.
