Convert OEM to an EXT
 
I have CABS that I've converted into OEM's but now I'd like to convert them to EXT. Could someone tell me what program would do this and/or a tutorial in accomplishing this?

You can use the program attached, you just drag the oems into
2 EXT_PAckages_rebuilder.exe and they will convert for you! Also you can now drag cabs into Cab2OEM.exe and it works great!

Thank you kind sir or madam. I thought I was savy with the great Google but I could not find out how to do this. Do you have a similar program that would allow me to drag and drop a married woman with kids onto a program convert her into a childless, single, sex crazed kitten?

haha i had a friend give it too me! google is a pain in the a$$ sometimes.

Here ya go

Just unpack into folder and drop Only married woman onto .exe
Do Not drop husband or kids onto .exe
Update; If you run this on an already single woman I will not be responsible
