BLUETOOTH PAN Problems on WM6.5 ...

Use to work fine in WM6.1 ... now when I pair my netbook with my Touch Pro it connects to the phone OK but i go to cmd.exe and ping /t www.google.com, it says Request timed out ... over and over.. only SOMETIMES i will get ping responses but very rare.. What is causing this anomaly?
