Anybody have a greyed out (A) option under text message convertsaion menu?

Hello everyone. New to posting on PPCGEEKS and believe I did as much research on this as possible before posting, but I have a question regarding an option under the text messages menu when in the conversation menu. It is hard to describe, but I will do my best. When I click on one of my text messages which brings me to the conversation mode and click on the Menu button the bottom right, I noticed a greyed out "(A)" option under the message options. I spotted this once before, and performed a hard reset which cleared up the issue until 2 weeks later, it shows itself once again. I even went through the trouble of calling the Sprint support people and they were baffled and even had a phone there showing the same symptoms. I do not believe this is the start of worst things to come, but it's just like spotting a busted pixel on an LCD monitor. You know it's there and can't help but to keep looking at it. Anybody spot this on their phones as well and come up to any solution or cause to this. I think it has to do with Windows Mobile and plan on calling Microsoft on it tomorrow, but I wanted to know if anybody else has spotted this odd occurrence.

Just checked:
on the Touch Pro it's a blank option with a greyed out (A).
And on the Diamond it's a blank option.

Doesn't do a thing when clicked.

its just a default setting... my guess is they made the menus the same...

if you go into a MMS message, youll have A,B,C,D.... it lists your recently used numbers for pic mail... my guess is they never made it an option for txt and didnt realize it was there

see the attached photo

you guys get so jumpy about the smallest things sometimes lol
