I just replace my new one because of the keyboard and this refurb that I have now. It has a manufacture date of march and the screen seems more responsive and no oil sleek. Also the keyboard and sliding mechanism it feels a lot better.

Sticking my head in, I didnt read the whole thread.

My Refurb is BETTER than the 2 new ones Ive had. My first Refurb was HOrrible, but this one is great. The chrome has lasted longer and no weird issues with the keyboard. Ive had it for about a month now.

I have a refurb and it works just as good as the new one I had till it took a dump.

Im on my 3rd touch pro...after 4 moguls...all of em worked up till the point where either the keyboard stopped or the screen stops working...

Not surprising. I used to be, among other things, a VP/Creative Director/copywriter like Don Draper on Mad Men. Now I'm just an itinerate wandering minstrel.
