Help! TP wont dial/receive calls after hard reset

I'm on Juicy 8 Rom.
Did a Hard Reset and now all I get is a message from Verizon saying they cannot authenticate my phone and the roaming guard keeps popping up.

I'm assuming its a roaming setting that got reset, but its windows 6.5 and I can't find the setting.

Help! :)

not sure about vzw but for sprint I would get my MSL and then make sure the MDN and MSID were correct in EPST. if they were I would then update PRL. with VZW *228 (option 2 or 3) will do this. also I used to have VZW, try just doing a *22899 ??? there was a time where we had to reactivate the phone when flashing a custom rom..

actually I am on Sprint which makes me think its a force roaming issue?

I'm a bit of a noob here on phones, so I didn't understand much of what you said exactly... heh

How would I go about getting those settings and changing it on a Sprint phone?

Thanks!

there is an MSL finder floating around somewhere. maybe to start off might just want to install the sprint carrier cab which contains the "update profile" and "update PRL" links in start settings system

ill see if I can find it
