need gps app for speed

Is there a gps app at tells me how fast i am traveling or is the phone gps not accurate enough to give a valid speed.

I found different gps apps to be within 1 mph at around 75mph. Normally your cars speedo isnt that accurate.

so how do u know your reading is accurate if your comparing it to the not so accurate speedometer in your car??? LOL

My tom tom ap has this option. It even gives you the speed limit of the road you are on and will turn red if you go 5 miles over that posted roads speed.
