If anyone needs a replacement TP from VZW
 

Not sure this is really the correct forum but I thought it worth noting that Verizon has ZERO refurb TPros available for replacement. They have to send me a brand new unit from HTC!

I have corporate insurance so they had to replace my phone despite the fact the phone was dropped. When they sent me the original replacement it was a Diamond not a TP...

I called to get that corrected and they could not find a single refurbed TP in the world! LOL

So I'm getting a brand new phone...

If you need VZW to replace your TP...NOW would be a good time to do it! LOL

Just thought you guys might want to know that!

Man, I wish sprint would do that, lol. 2 refurbs in 1 week and they both have problems. At least you got a NEW TP! :D

Maybe you can get them to buy you the Sprint version & then activate it on VZ like I did......... <JK> ;-)

Don't laugh...I actually suggested that! LOL

at first he said he might have to send me a different model to which I said no way I have the best phone verizon sells...So I said unless you have a TP2 laying around you could send there was no good replacement model I would be happy with...

Unfortunatly Sprint doesn't use the same insurance company otherwise he might have actually sent me a sprint version! lol

you sure about the ins thing? last i heard both vzn and sprint use asurion(sp).

Yes I'm sure both are Asurion but it really doesn't matter...
I have a corporate account not a personal....
With the corporate it really doesn't matter what you did to it.

Now I'm not sure that there are no sprint TPs available as refurbs...
But they wouldn't give me one of them even if they had one!
Wish they would but I would expect they would not do that!

Sprint does the exact same thing when there are no refurbished ones in stock...
