Touch pro Syncs, but no info is transferred
 

I am trying to transfer my contacts and email accounts from MS Outlook to my HTC touch pro...
The phone is detected by WMDC perfectly and it even shows "syncing", but when its done no information has been transferred. I still dont see my contacts or email accounts on my phone

I have:
Windows 7
MS Outlook 2007
latest WMDC

If you have an exchange account you should configure it accordingly. But let's assume you do not and start with the easy stuff and ensure you have email and contacts selected to sync (under WMDC). Also, during sync, do you actually see email and contacts being processed?

do you have wmdc set to replace items on the device?

Yes, the boxes are checked for both contacts and email... This morning i was able to get my contacts transferred, im not even sure how.. i just kept closing/opening outlook while phone was connected to WMDC, and kept checking/unchecking the contacts, then finally they got transferred.. but my email accounts still wont transfer
Also, im not sure i have an exchange account, so i probably dont?

Where do i go to see this option?
