+1 I'll third that. I feel bad that I actually downloaded and flashed a non-PPCgeek ROM (or a banned one). But it actually is one of the better ROMS out there.

I believe the number is 10,000

interesting....i might have to look into that...but a prob i have is i dont remember all tha tweaks i've made...like battery tweaks for instance...i've done a ton of those

Honestly, most people who cook these ROMs add a good amount of these battery & performance tweaks in there as they release new versions

Just go for the reflash...try something new

It's good, I don't know about "best"

I have merdin's 6.5 flashed to one of my TP's & NFS latest on a second one & have been A/B'ing the two for a few days now.

The only major advantage I see to NFS is it's the only ROM I've ever tried that will play Need For Speed G-Sen perfectly (merdin's gives that odd out of memory error)

That being said, I don't care about NFS as I have it in my ipod touch & it plays WAY WAY better in the ipod & the bigger screen is better for gaming anyway. I have found a few minor bugs & Rhodium graphic glitches in the NFS ROM that are not there in merdin's + merdin's has the menu enhancements that are not used in NFS.

They are both super smooth & lightning fast, but I prefer merdin's on my everyday phone (for today anyway)

Use microsoft's myphone application. It backs up and restores text messages fine.
