PPCGeeks - A good auto-rotate program. (also a question about framework)

okay so Im just looking for a good one. but Im very picky. I want it to work like im opening my keyboard! I dont want it to work in TF3D unless it were to show the landscape version (the 8 shortcut icons) And also, a problem that I once had with another application, I dont want the screen to rotate at all when I have my phone open. Such as when Im txting wile lying on my side, the screen would rotate, and look weird. I want it to stay landscape with the phone open.
Is there such a program out yet?

And I tried installing the framework 3.5. I downloaded it off windows, plugged my phone in and synced it, and then tried to run the installer, but it kept saying there was a problem, and it didnt upgrade my framework on my touch pro. How do i update my framework?
