Stopped vibrating

After flashing 23004, my TP has stopped vibrating. I tried flashing to an old ROM and no love. I'm guessing at this point that it's unrelated and hosed. Any suggestions?

did u go into the phone settings and try setting vibrate to the ringer/alerts/etc that way?? still no luck?
