sd card not working
 

my 8gb Sandisk card just stopped working.
my phone can't see it (using file explorer or activesync)
is there anyway to tell if its the phone or the card?
i'm on vacation with no card reader - only my laptop.

btw i had just flashed mightyrom 6 and it was working well.
then it stopped.
i did a hard resest to see if that would help and it did not.

one thing i did differently for this flash (my 1st time using a mighty rom) was after i flashed it instead of doing a hard reset, i used the clear memory reset option
but i don't think this has anything to do with it.

any ideas?

mine has done that before...turn off the phone take the sd card out and then back in and turn on the phone...

This has happened to me twice, I had to plug in my phone to my laptop as mass storage, go to computer, click on properties, click on tool, then click check disk, click both scan dissk for file errors and bad sectors, and have no issues since, it fixed it and only took a few mins for a 16 gig card, but I did loose about 3 or 4 cabs i had saved on the card, but that wasnt that big of a deal, lost nothing else.
