Contact problems
 

sorry to everyone if this is already posted somewhere. i am having a problem with my contacts. i back my contacts up with sprite backup everything used to work fine. now anytime i restore my contacts are in the phone, but none of them show up when i get a call or text message unless that person is in my favorite people. i have tried several roms and still no change. anyone have any ideas?

thats weird... dose it happen in the original sprint rom as well?

I have everything on my phone backed-up on dashwire.com Its a great site and its free. I havent had any problems with it when I had to restore my phone with my stock ROM and the ROM im using now. Maybe try just backing up your contacts and whatnot to there for now and see if it works? And talk it over with Sprint about why its not coming up now.

no not on the original sprint rom. which is why i thought it was a problem with the new sys.

i have used dashwire before. it is cool but i like to use backup software because i like to backup more than just my contacts.

Try a different b/u app? SPB has worked well for me

i see i might have to. but it was working for me untill my last few flashes. i know i had used it atleast 10 times

edit: tried spb still the same problem
