i have tried that multiple times and always get the error code 67 username and/or password may be incorrect

have you follwed the instructions on here on how to do the fix ? You would need your sprint phones lock code which customer care can provide you and then you need to change a few things to correct the data settings.

Maybe you need to ask the rep to reprogram the phone for you one more time.

+1 Giovanny. I'd say flash back to stock ROM, then do hard reset, then reprogram with MSL, phone # and make sure the MSID is correct as well. If this doesn't work, try 1-877-654-9111 option 2. It's advanced tier 2 tech support, direct number that i use at the service center i work at. They are normally able to fix most issues that I cannot in store.

your msl most likely got reprogrammed when you flashed, so anything sprint would do for you wouldnt work. download & install Baf's MSL grabber to your phone, that will give you the correct MSL so you can get into EPST & reset the data profile. this WILL hard reset your phone btw, so backup anything important first.

this exact same thing happened to me when i got my refurb. the data provisioning got interrupted, i flashed a new rom right away which changed my MSL, & no amount of profile updates or IOTA programming could fix it. i fixed it on my own w/o sprints help. PM me if you need any more help. ill be honest, i cant remember EXACTLY what i did, but i have a general idea, lol...
