Alltel Touch Pro PROBLEMS
 

i just got this thing and thought i would try out all the custom roms which i liked some of them but now i cant recieve calls and its got to the point where i really cant have any connection?????? i just dont get it i have flashed and everything was working fine then all of a sudden no more incoming calls and data connection doesnt wanna connect anymore and ive tried the username and password with #@alltel.com and alltel but no luck still if anybody can help me please do so thanks

what rom are you currently on now? and did you update the profile and prl?
how about a hard reset? they might fix your problems.

did you download and install dcds carrier cabs. you shouldnt have to mess with the connection at all. i usually do a soft reset and everything is good.

Right now im on the stock rom...and what do you mean update profile?? and yea tried hard reset

ya, what rom are you on now?
that's good info to post when you're having problems.
have you installed the carrier cab for alltel?
if you go to the faq that's linked to in my signature,
go to the carrier section and then go to alltel carrier cab and download that and install it on your phone. that should take care of the problem.

you can manually update your prl by downloading from http://www.the-answerman.com/sidlist/prl/40051.prl ,thats the prl im using. then ##775 from your dialer password 000000.

i installed carrier cab and then reset called my phone AND NOTHING lol this is getting annoying but it started this when i installed silence and mighty rom

try dialing *228 and then option 1. i flash constantly have never had a problem with silence, mighty or their combined effort.
