Slide 2 Power Down?

I've searched using the search here at PPC, XDA, and also google, and haven't been able to find anything on this, but feel free to correct me if I have missed it. I have a iPod Touch, and when I press and hold the power button, it will display a slider that confirms the power down. I am using Mighty Rom 5, and love the 6.5 lock, and was wondering if it would be possible to have something like this for when you press and hold the power button to shut the phone off, that you have to slide the slider from the top to bottom, or something like that. Something other than the little popup dialog box. Just throwin it out there.

ps shut xp has something similar, but its not a slide, you press the corresponding button on the screen as to what you want it to do

This looks spiffy, and it does seem to be better than the standard dialog box. I appreciate it.

However, I was also mainly thinking of something that would match well with the lock on WinMo 6.5.

True story: It wasn't until my third PPC that I found out that the phone can be turned off by holding the power button

I know there is a development for a wheel-2-unlock, but I was hoping we may be able to get a slider as well...bump...](*,)

Nobody I know, there is really no reason to ever turn these things off.......

My system has ps shut XP (it came in merdins ROM), but I've never used it.

I guess I just shut my phone down every once in a while for the fun of it, lol...nothing like going straight to the "I am the great Cornholio, please leave a message for the almighty bunghole" voicemail message. lmao...

Do none of you fly on planes? I always shut my phone off before takeoff. I don't trust "flight mode" to not come on randomly mid-flight.

I would love this feature as well. I carry my phone in my pocket and it has turned off on me several times. Usually when the phone gets squished, so likely several buttons are pushed. I think the slide would stop this, and with the dialog, it has a 50/50 chance to hit the wrong one.
