YES!!!

As an 80's kid, I would totally use such a rom, even if it ran like crap.

Here's an idea- instead of creating a whole rom, why not just make a tf3d/titanium/today theme all about MJ? Icon sets, dialer skins, wallpapers, etc. Be much easier.
