Short answer is: No.
Theoretically if you completely flashed it over to USCC and then somehow convinced them that it was a USCC ESN it might work but I have never heard of anyone doing it and my girl works for USCC and says it is next to impossible.

I agree (work for a US Cel agent), almost impossible. Has not happened that I am aware of ever. They seem to be a little more tight with their vs. others' ESN's. It is a whole process just to get one unlocked if a wrong one is returned from a manufacture repair facility.
YMMV, though, so it may be worth a shot to you. Just know that YOU WERE WARNED! LOL

I did it with my friend's sprint touch pro
the woman was very nice when she added the esn too...took 10 minutes flat...but it depends on the tech...we never told them it was a sprint phone we told them it was a mogul...
