From Tricolor ,

Connect your Phone to computer on phone below Tricolor it should says USB then flash any compatible rom from here then once your phone is normal try to reflash to Stock ROM then Relock it. Hope it will work for you. I have seen many time Tricolor so don't worry.

Thanks, i have tried that from the tricolor screen, but it stays saying serial...and never gets to the usb

and ok, what am i missing about re-reading that...i dont want to be a **** or be doing something wrong here..i just don't understand what i am missing.

very clearly stated, second sentence of the first post...

What is the text in the bootloader screen? Does it say 0.35.XXXXXXX or 0.37.CMONEX?

I would try to reflash the stock ROM using your SD card. Just place the .nbh file on the root folder of your SD card, then load boatloader manually. You can leave it unlocked and they will never know....as long as there is a stock splash screen your probably good

since you are stuck in bootloader, why not try flashing stock rom via sd card method?
also ffs the guy didn't aask about the upgrade rule. We've all read the rule, the thread is here...report it to a mod nuff said but it doesn't fix the issue the user has

i have the same conditions, except i took the shipped .exe and extracted the nbh named RAPHIMG.nbh to the root of my FAT32 sd card and soft reset with a "NO IMAGE FILE!" flashed at me for a split second before returning to bootloader.... what then?
it says spl-0.37.0000 btw
