Duuuuuude, am just wondering who your carrier is, two more questions, did you check your roaming setting? what email you use? did you set it up to sync as items arrives
Here is how u check roam, go to settings,phone,services, roaming, get settings, put it on automatic

I put it on Automatic. Still doesn't appear to sync.

It says in Active Sync:
Result: You are roaming, and you have chosen not to use your schedule settings while roaming. It's not syncing basically. |

yeah bc your TP is roaming and you didnt elect to sync, but back to the roaming thing, what happens when you elect Sprint only? try that and back up your contacts and data. you may have to do a hard reset....

I had the radio fail, and Sprint replaced the phone. All works now.
that was the problem apparently. NO data, no sync. Voice in roaming and eventually died completely, constantly looking for the signal. My 1st TP worked really well right until the USB port failed. #2 was junk and I hope this 3rd one will do it for me. All works for now... |
