Question about Asurion
 
When you get a replacement phone from asurion do they send you a phone with the box and all the accessories or just the phone? My TP is getting replaced and just want to know what I'm in for. I understand I'll most likely get a refurb., but I don't care.

if you get a slender box with a dog and a sprint purse in it's mouth, it's a refurb. all you'll get is a phone and battery cover. but i THINK asurion replaces with new phones.

yeah i'd be getting a refurb...according to this email from sprint

Are they going to want me to send my old tp back you think? They never mentioned that in the email they sent me.

yes you have to send the old one back. you'll get a white envelope with your refurb. btw, you have 15 days to send the old one back or be charged a non-refundable fee of $200!
