Ok may work or not. Click or Tap whichever you prefer

click Start/ then click Phone/ then click Menu/ then click Options/ then click Services/ then scroll down to DDTM Mode and highlight/ click Get Settings/ check circle OFF that Send voice calls to voicemail during active data connection.

I had to do a soft reset and this also helped from keeping my data session from being on all the time and draining my battery.

As long as my data connection was going it would go straight to voicemail. I'm a newbie so sorry if this is not what problem you were having.

with CDMA it isn't possible to be on the phone and internet at the same time, the phone should always override it as far as I know. if you figure it out let me know.

this should fix, it was caused by AdvancedConfig, and/or DiamondTweak.

this is not the problem I am having, i never recieve calls, my answer button works fine when I get a call.

my internet is overriding the phone. when i am online i dont get calls, they go straight to voicemail and the phone does not ring

I read all the posts and seems to me there's a detail missing. No one has asked if his TP connects using a 1X or EVDO connection. If you're using 1X to connect to the internet you will never get your calls while browsing.

otherwise try going without push or IM to narrow it down.
