Application Idea. Calling developers!

I have a few ideas for applications that I would like to see get made, that in my opinion would be extremely popular. Of course my problem is, I'm full of good ideas, just not good programming knowledge. These applications would be SIMPLE apps, nothing super complicated, and nothing that is outside reasonable.

Maybe a moderator might introduce me to someone that might be willing to enter a partnership? I would start and maintain a site for support and download hosting, along with donation management. Anyone interested in making a little donation cash?

Anyone who can build applications can figure out their own web hosting. You have ideas, tell someone your ideas. But the guy doing the coding is going to be doing 99% of the work - what kind of a web partnership is that?

My wife and I have that sort of a partnership. I earn the money, and she turns around and spends it all.

Very constructive! It's not like I said I wanted to make the money either, but being involved in some way with MY IDEAS would be nice. And the person building the application shouldn't have to do the web work, and pay hosting fees either.

BTW, if you weren't interested, or capable of doing what I was looking for, what was the purpose of your post besides just filling a spot in the thread with your attitude?

If no one else gets around to it,
maybe I'll try.
I'm still learning things with programming for PPCs,
but you did say they were simple. ;)

Have you found any developers?

I'm always out to look for a good Idea. Here is one great rule of thumb if you are worried that if you share your Idea someone will steal it. The there is a very high probability of it not being a good Idea.

I learned that after the last 8 years of working with entrepreneurs.

Well I know that it's something I had discussed with some of my friends who are all using windows mobile, and it's something we all wish was built in. We're all very sure that at least that idea is a good one, maybe my other few aren't.

With so many iPhone apps out there, I'd like to take part in making WinMo apps that can be offered for free / donations since apple likes to charge rediculous money for rediculous apps. Would be cool to offer a good app for free for the Win Mo folks.
