Weak signal with JBII?
 

So I just purchased a Jawbone II. It pairs up fine. I noticed a lot of static at first and by trial and error realized this goes away when I hold the phone next to the earpiece. This is also true of speaking into the JBII. If the phone is at my side nothing can be heard by the person I'm calling. If I hold the phone next to the JBII I come through pretty clear.

This Touch Pro seems like it has a weaker signal than my last one (replaced when the keyboard failed). I often get data call errors and can't pick up my wi-fi in the basement. Could I have a bum antenna? Would a hard reset help?

Possible man, sounds like your J2 worked well with your prior TP....so I say exchange that isht....:mrgreen:coz J2 rocks, oh yeah and TP 2,. Definitely try a hard reset
