need help sending videos [Arcsoft MMS]
 

I have Arcsoft MMS working great for sending pics and audio clips on USCC, however when I try to send a video, even a very small on, under 300K, the sending fails. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

If you are moving in and out of service since it is a larger file than a pic usually it may break the transfer. It happens to me alot. Also the program is faster than the actually syncing of the connection. Many times it has told me failed because it hadn't completed the connection. I just hit retry and away it went.

Ok I just found out that for some reason it's giving me an error that it failed even though it is actually sending the video. Weird.
