Where to start to hassle Sprint for...VISUAL VOICEMAIL
 

Ok...I was an Instink owner at one point in time. An over hyped not so smart phone that tried to compete with the iPhone. It did a few things rather well, and one of them is VISUAL VOICEMAIL.

Not VM where your voicemail is transcribed into text form...I'm talking about an application on the device where you can access whatever point in any given message...in any order...and replay and replay to your hearts content. Also, VM on the Instinct IS tied directly INTO your call history and your contacts list.

First off, Sprint charges an absurd amount for call forwarding in the form of charge per call forwarded. Most "visual voicemail" services out there only give you transcribed voicemails, NOT the actual audio. Also, as far as what I know, NONE of them ties into your contact list on your phone.

So...where would be a good place to start to hassle Sprint to extend THEIR Visual Voicemail Provider to the smartphone/PPC community. Namely us TouchPro/Diamond users?
