Is it possible to fully disable reminders?

I've managed to get rid of most of the reminder stuff, but appointments from certain sources seem to set a reminder whether you want it or not (google calendar stuff that comes in via outlook, e.g.).

I get very little notification, but I still get the alarm at the top. Can I just disable it completely?

Thanks a million.

Did you use Advance Config? That may have what you are looking for

Start > settings > Sound and Notifications, uncheck the box for notifications

You can also go on the notifications tab, go to reminders and uncheck all the boxes.

Thanks. I found nothing in advance config, which doesn't mean it isn't there. Just turning off notifications doesn't work for me. I still get the alarm clock symbol, I just don't get any sounds, notifications, etc.

Anything else to try?

I missunderstood you earlier, but I know exactly what your talking about now. I have not found a way to do that yet.

Also, I would highly discourage the use of advanced config, it was designed for the GSM version, and it will make changes to your device without asking

Thanks all the same. It's odd, the things you can do -- like add whole new tabs to TF3D -- and the things you can't, like turn off the little silly alarm clock.

I've read this elsewhere, about advance config. There's thing that I seem to only be able to do with that program, but maybe the game's not worth the candle. Would there be a benefit to uninstalling, or should I just not install it next time I flash?

Yeah, I totally understand. I wouldn't worry about it until a re-flash it, what specifically do you change with it??
