Sprint TP Re-activation

I am a bit of a noob here. Though I am rather tech-savvy, working with PPC's is new to me. Ive been watching a lot of videos and reading several how-to's and I believe that I got the flashing process down. I know what software to use, how to unlock, the process, etc.

What I dont understand:

I know that after I flash my phone to a new rom, you have to re-activate it. The phone I am getting comes with the stock sprint rom. After I flash it over to Mighty, how do I go about re-activating it? Is there information do I need off the phone first? If so, what?

I have been searching the forums and I have found several how-to's in regards to flashing the phone, but not how to get it working properly (in regards to 3g/gps/edvo/etc) after the flash.

Can someone give me a step-by-step or point me in the right direction?

Thanks

-Dyskon

I've never had to re-activate after flashing to a new ROM. My phone was activated, I flashed, the phone's # and MSID are not changed and my phone continues to work.

Awesome, thanks!

Someone in another forum told me it had to be reactivated, but if I dont need to, all the better. You have been thanked :D

Cool. Have fun flashing to your preferred ROM. It can become addicting! Which carrier are you currently with?
