iPhone emulation help
Trying to use the iPhone emulator (res_ppc...) on my Touch Pro and change the icons to point to actual programs that are on my phone, e.g. my calculator works in normal phone mode, but will not load in iPhone emulation mode so I am trying to find the location of the calculator program so that I can reroute the iPhone emulation icon to the actual program. How do I find this calculator program? I also downloaded the calculator program htc_calculator and installed it but can't find where it is located either so I still can't reroute the iPhone icon to the actual program. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Re: iPhone emulation help
Ok, it looks like the answer to part of this question is that the calc.exe is now called MobileCalculator.exe so I renamed it in the config file and it works, but I still can't figure out how to find the filename for the htc_calculator program that I downloaded so that I can use it instead of the standard calculator.

don't take this the wrong way or anything, but why didn't you just get an iPhone?

Re: iPhone emulation help
Well that just makes a whole lotta sense. Why would you want to emulate Crapple on your TP? That's just so wrong!
But to answer your question.....I have no clue. Sorry! |
