Phone will not charge while on a call

My phone will not charge while im on a call has anyone had this problem with a htc touch pro

P.S. - The Touch Pro will not charge while on a call, FACT. The battery/phone will get too warm and the phone will automatically tell it to stop accepting juice.

your phone will not charge because it overheated. every pro does this.
