You may like it fo the following reason...

And having that happened, Sprint fllipped the script and gave us that perforated back cover (which should help/reduce overheating hopefully).

By "new" TP2 I meant the Global Release version GSM: Chrome ring around the screen, silver/gray matte back cover, etc...

I too think I will blow some major cash and get one of these, I love my TP and everyone at my office is impressed, though I run a stock ROM, but use a lot of the tweaks and add-on software, running SPB Mobile Shell (On the fence with it though) and think I will stay with the HTC interface on TP2, I like the large screen, never used the D-Pad, and the KB on TP is poor at best, a true QWERTY would be nice, the SMS input was excellent, and the push web is very interesting. BAttery life, well I will beg my rep for an additional battery or 2, he is pretty cool with me, and I keep my TP on charge all the time when not on my side or laying watching TV.

I am impressed. Give my GF the TP, she needs a better experience then that POS Samsung Rant she uses, and we will be an HTC clan.

I am a die-hard Mac user, and to be honest, the multi-task of the Windows Mobile OS, the fact I don't have to break my warranty to get cool features is why I am sold on Windows Mobile and not an iPhone.

Thanks to all that posted likes and dislikes, it helps to balance my decision.
