Initial Programming required error scrren after flashing a rom

Ive been really anxious to finally try Demolition Rom v2 so I flashed to today. It worked perfectly and my phone was still able to make and recieve calls/text messages. I used PIM backup and restored all my data. Then I remembered someone said to do a master reset after flashing to clear out all the bugs. After the Master Reset I restored all my data again but now I have a triangle at the top screen of my phone and when I try to send a text message it keeps giving an error. I thought this might just be the rom not agreeing with my phone so i reinstalled MightyRom (something ive used before) but the same error comes up. Saying "could not connect with #777 please check your setting and try again". When I try to make a call in yellow lettering "Initial Programming Required" pops up.
Please someone help me fix this asap.

This used to happen to me when I was on Verizon, but typically it will only do it the first time you flash a ROM. I think it has something to do with the A-Key. After that it just always seemed to work with the exception of data. As long as you're using a Verizon TP, I'd do a *228 option 1 just to be on the safe side.
